Learn how to make crispy Veg Spring Rolls recipe - a quick & easy to make party starter snack from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />For the Filling: <br /> <br />2-3 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush <br />1 tsp Green Chillies <br />1 Cup Spring Onion, chopped <br />1 Cup Cabbage, chopped lengthwise <br />1 Carrot, chopped lengthwise <br />1 Capsicum, chopped lengthwise <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce <br />1 tbsp Soya Sauce <br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For the Covering: <br /> <br />1 Big Bowl All Purpose Flour <br />1 Small Bowl Corn Flour <br />Oil <br />Salt <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- To make the filling in a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add ginger garlic crush, green chillies, spring onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Once the filling is done keep it aside to cool down. <br />- To make the covering in a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, oil and salt. Mix everything with a spoon. <br />- Then add water as required to make a soft dough. <br />- Start rolling out thin sheets. <br />- Spread the mixture over the sheets . <br />- Make tight rolls covering up the mixture completely. Fix the edges of the rolls with plain flour paste and deep fry the rolls. <br />- Spring Rolls are ready! Serve hot!
